    If you can get a deal on the BFGs take them they are a good tire for what you want.Maximum traction in mud look into boggers but dont expect any thing that resembles good road manners

    heat really hasnt been an issue for me we rarely get a day over 80 f even in august prob makes a big difference on heat factor,as a bonus i can also be in mud 4l 2 gear 5000 rpms and the temp gauge never goes higher than normal

    using h1 wheels will help pull the tires in,but will leave the hubs sticking out past the sidewall of the tire,easy to hit it on rocks etc.

    i have read that you can use xj rear sway bar brackets to use as a shock mount for the rear.they bolt right in place and eliminate the bar pin on the top of the shock.have not tried this personaly just read about it
