    A day before you do it, spray wd40 (pbblaster in your place?) on those bolts, it should help. If I remember correctly, the size of those bolts is 1/2". axle nut = 36mm remove the axle nut before removing the brakes, so someone would be able to help you by holding the brakes down while you try to...

    After releasing the tensioner as much as you can, you have to use a screw driver to put the new belt on. That shouldn't be too hard to complete. Saar.

    There are bolts in them... If I remember correctly, you have to remove the lower trim, then the upper bolt of the safety belt. Saar (2001 XJ)

    LGR is right, but with that, try to wash your A/C radiator (the small one) with water (outside only). it may be dirty and not allow air to pass. Saar.

    The electric fan doesn't work always, even while the A/C is on. In my XJ it starts to work only when the temp is ~105C Did you check it in that temp too? Saar.

    Hi, Before starting such a job (few days before) you should spray the all area with wd40 (PBBlaster in your place?) The bolt is 21 or 22 mm (I don't remember exactly) try to spray it now and give it few days. then try again. You may try to hit the place - but be careful with the fuel tank...

    2" lift 31" tires 99 Cherokee Sport

    2" with 31" will rub. We tried that :-) Even with 245/75/16 and 3.5" lift there are some rubbing from time to time. (245/75/16 is the same height like the 31" ) Saar.

    Did you check the coolant level and what kind of coolant you are using? How old is the radiator? maybe it needs to be cleaned, maybe even replaced? Is it a V8 or I6 ? Saar

    I had DW which was solved after replacing my control arms bushings (upper and lower) and the steering stabilizer. Check your control arms... Saar.

    hi, It sounds like a bad thermostat but check the fan too, maybe it works all the time? Second thought, check the gauge itself, maybe the problem is in the sending unit or the gauge? Saar.
