What vac switch?

Hi, I'm running 245/75/16 Cooper STT and I'm happy with them. But I do not drive too much (7000km /year) Before them, I had the BF mud which were great too. Saar.

first thing would be to check the electrical connections. Check with a voltmeter what happens when you try to start, does it get the 12V or not? if not, start looking backwards and see where is the faulty area. Saar.

Did you do front alignment? Did you replace the control arms or at least the control arms bushings? (both upper and lower ones) How old is the steering stabilizer? and sure, the track bar issue should be handled too... Saar.

If the size of the tires is different, then it would do those noises... Why do you use different sizes????

I would buy the stock Rubicon and improve it myself. 75K $ is a lot of money... Saar.

I had a similar issue few years ago with my XJ. There is a cable that connects the shifter to the switch so you will be able to take the key out only on parking. sometimes it gets stuck and the key won't turn. I released that cable and it solved the problem. In order to do so, you will have to...

The filter is a part of the pump. It can not be replaced. Saar.

Personally, I don't like the look of the Commander, I guess I would go with the Grand Cherokee V8 (I would do fine with the 4.7, but the 5.7 would be even better :-) ) Saar.

Hi, I'm not sure how it works in the 92, is there a relay for the starter or is it connected to the switch? If there is no relay, you may want to add one, and then check the "click issue" again. Maybe the problem is not the battery but the old wiring to the starter. Saar.

Did you check the head gasket?

Yes, that is possible. I have done it few years ago. (actually, I replaced the seal only, but the bearing could be replaced in the same way) Saar.

Not much if you already replace the bearings... If I remember correctly, you have the remove the wheel hub in order to replace the bearing, when it is out, all you have to do is pull the axleshaft out.... Saar
