Any problems or just a normal jeep thing. Lol. I've had 2 tj's and neither ones oil pressure went up and down like the yj's. I'm not to concerned but just curious if it's a normal occurrence

I have a 94 Yj 2.5 5 speed when I drive locally my oil pressure gauge shows around 40-50 as soon as I get on highway it's 60-70 is this normal?? What should I replace if anything. Oil level is fine, doesn't burn any or leak. Any others have this problem?? Any help would be appreciated...
