well, ive always had a little play in my steering wheel, and it has gotten much worse over time, i now have some 4 to 5 inches in both directoins. i believe its this bearing in the steering box. who knows a good place to pick up a steering box or bearing for an 86 cherokee?

i started it up and heard this knocking sound and my dad says its a blown rod bearing. the enginge is crap. even though the tires and shocks are worth 500, the whole thing isnt now.

1063479 its funny cause i just put that no-act and glasspack muffler combo on. Its really really deep toned, loud as a mother. Flowmaster makes these heat proof muffler casings that really bring the sound levels down alot. Ill look into those, or some dynomat is alsways a good fix.[addsig]
