i have heard about its supposed weakness , but i run a mopar 360 off of a tf 727 and it takes all i have gave it up to now . the np 231 isnt all that much different to my knowledge.

i run a motorcraft 2150 with 050 jets on a mopar 360 . are these the right size ? it idles fine but runs a bit rich ans has a slight stumble off the line and around sharp corners. probably look at the float 2marow, but as long as i,m in there i'd swap jets if there is a better size you guys...

no, you still have an open diff dana 30 front right ? only skipping with spools and locked lockers, twitchy with lunchboxes...........

Agreed ! the yj and a few xjs are the only ones who used this system and putting the fork over to engage the two axles full time does no damage. it acts just like the yj axel. UNLESS you wheel the crap out of it , because then its a weak link in your axle. a cheap quik fix at the very least.

my gauge didn't work on my 87 yj when i bought it. took apart the dash and cleaned the connections on the plug and the flexible circuit board and it worked fine. just to be sure before you spend money on a new sender , might check it out .

You need the same adapter used on a vw beatle if i remember right.jc whitney special . i made one a few years back by cutting the hub out of a stock yj wheel. i put the 12 inch wheel from my bug in my yj and it (adapter) bolted right up .

google nutter bypass and an article by john nutter will guide you through a procedure to take the computer and troublesome bbd lean burn system out. it works well for most.
