From my research since having this problem. i have read that it will do that with automatics. i dont know that for sure, my jeep threw me a code for the speed sensor, so i got it changed and its been fine since. what codes you got?

ok correction. just got more info. all they did was change the throw out bearing, not the clutch.

whats up guys? my brother was helping a feller change his clutch in his 2001 4.0 5speed. the transmission is back in and it wont go in gear when running unless the tcase is in neutral. thanks

its on the transfer case. my jeep was acting up so i took it to the shop. They claimed it was the e3 plugs and my coil. So they went ahead and did cap,rotor,plugs,wires,coil and fuel sytem flush for $740.00. i took it home the next day it was doing the same. so i took it back. they was just...

i have a 91 yj 2.5l 5speed 112,000mi 31"s. i use Mobil 1 extended life full synthetic.ams oil and rotella are great oils too.

any size if you lift it high enouph. but stock suspension i would say 31x10.5. i have a 91 yj with stock suspension and 31s.
