Thanks for the input. I found the problem though. The passenger side motor mount had broken and slid back off of its stand. This caused the transmission to not go over far enough. Just need to replace the motor mounts and we will be good to go!

I just had my shocks replaced on my Jeep. After two weeks I started hearing a clunking sound every once in a while. I finally tracked it down to the top mount on the rear shocks. The top mounting bracket has slid off of the bushing. It appears that the bracket the shock mounts to is too...

Just to give some additional info the symptoms he has are that his clutch pedal has a little resistance but does not actuate the clutch. The master cylinder has fluid in it and there is no obvious signs of a leak. Pumping the clutch pedal and watching for leaks does not show any leaks either...
