RE: Recharging the AC The mcguires stuff works good but like craig said it only lasts for a couple of months. Its not hard to do just spray on and wipe down. I think armorall should work just as good as the expensive stuff but im not sure. I've also heard the heat gun or heat technique works...

One of my buddies asked me to go wheelin on the 17 up at Tuttle Creek state park. So i thought about it and told him i wont take my YJ but ill ride with him. its supposed to be a big jamboree, the biggest time of the year. so i was just wonderin if anybody else was plannin to go. LR

I was just wondering how good of gas mileage would a stock XJ (95-02 appx.)?? would a two door get better gas mileage than a 4 door??thanks LR

I've been thinkin about ditchin my backseat in my YJ too but im lookin more at like a diamond plate tool box type setup. theres some companys that make these for jeeps and i think they look better than the others, but thats just my opinon. LR

I had simular problems and found out that theres a plug under the battery tray on the firewall. mine was unplugged, so i plugged it back in and it works. dont know if that will help, as for the vaccum hoses, i have no clue. LR

I'm gussin its a 20 galon tank cuz if the tailpipe didnt come out where it did the gas tank would be the same distance from the shackles on both sides. the gas tank is formed around so that tailpipe can pass between the tank and the shackle but if the pipe wasnt there it would be the same...

Ok so im guessing my 88' YJ has a 20 gallon tank?? i dont have a gas gauge anymore, who needs them, haha, but my current gas gauge is the trip meter. the farthest i've gotten on a tank of gas, without running out completely, is like 220 miles. YJ Indicator Lights OK the black magic was for the tires, my mistake. The stuff i use for the flares is a Maguires(sp) product. its made for the plastic type stuff, i know its in a purple bottle and agreen nozzle, haha not much help on that. but it works great LR

I had the same problem, as hard as i try i always end up getting some was on the plastic. So i found "Black Magic" at O'Reily's that works great. just spray it on and rub it in after everything is dry and it darkens the plastic and you wont see the was anymore. LR

OR you could just have them give you some money for graduation then you could go get your lift for it. just a thought LR

I've thought about manual hubs and thought that maybe like a Ford Ranger pickup front end might fit?? just a theory, havent looked into it much but i just wanted to know if anybody has thought that over or has done it before. Thanks LR

RE: More Power!!! My girls dad has a 91YJ and she was kinda scared about drivin stick but i got her to try it and well she stole the YJ from the ol' man for about a week and loved drivin the YJ. Now i just gotta ger her out on the trail;) LR

Did you check your wiring?? possible got wires crossed or somethin of the sort. LR

RE: Re: 95 YJ Hardtop for sale in Boregon and possibly hard It's alright but i dont think the Wrangler fills out the body for a H1. I love the look of the front end but it just doesnt look right on a little wrangler. Just my input LR
