why is it that as soon as i start up my jeep the fan spins and never stops???? is that a normal mechanical fan thing or is the clutch bad?

just get maybe a 5 psi, then get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator from any old auto parts store and fine tune it to what you need.

hey snitty i have it all drilled out waiting to get something to tap new threads. it really wasnt that hard, just a pain to get the drill where it needed to be.

i understand that you lifted your jeep useing leaf packs from a truck. what kind of truck did you get you springs from? what other alterations did you have to do to make this work?

im having a little problem replacing the rear exhaust manifold stud on my 95 yj with the 2.5. i noticed that the rear one was broken off the other day and tried to drill it out. i have a hole about 1 inch deep into the bolt and tapped the easy out in with a hammer, but i can not get the stupid...

yes you will be fine to drive on that, its not ideal but you will be ok. as far as removing the stud,(the thing that the bolt screwed onto) just beat it out from the front with a hammer. after you get it out just go to autozone or whatever and replace it. ps. if i were you i would also check...
