There should be an inspection plate you can remove to gain access 4 bolts hold it in.

double check all bolts, motor mount bolts, fan bolts,trans to block bolts.... How close is the exhaust to the frame or engine?

alot has to do with how you plan on driving it. Stock axles would be fine if street driving is all you plan on doing. If rock or mud is in the future something stronger is recommended
