Any particular shocks you would suggest? I have a 4" short arm skyjacker lift. I will lower my tire air pressure asap.

I am running nitros. I will double check my air pressure and look in to changing shocks. I read somewhere that disconnecting my sway bar could make things softer. Is there any merit to that?

I switched out mine on my '06 TJ and is was super easy. I went to quadratec and used their sizing chart. I think it was like $20 or so.

I know that seems like an obvious yes, but I do not want to cause the tire to sit funky because it is trying to squeeze on to a narrow rim. I have had 33x9.5 and they are great, but they are also pizza cutters. How wide a tire can you run on a rim before you need a wider rim?

Economics is just how we study and understand what's happening. I personally try my best to buy american when I can, but half the time I buy something I later discover it was made somewhere else. The mighty dollar and how far I can stretch it dictates where I send it for the most part. Thanks...

So today I decided to stop putting off replacing the rotors and brake pads on my '06 TJ. I have done this once with supervision to my old Cherokee. So I muddled my way through it with no major issues except that I couldn't get the piston pushed back on the passenger side to slide the caliper...

I have heard a lot of talk, tons of messages and people seem to agree that a SYE is the way to go. My question is how much of an impact will it make to me? Will I really notice that big of a difference to driving around with a 4" lift and a TC drop? Just want to make sure my next "project" is...

I checked and they are stock 15 X 7 steel rims. I know I will probably have to use a 1" wheel spacer, but what I am worried about is the width of the tire I can run on that size rim.

I have a X. I keep hearing everyone endorse the SYE, is it that good? I only ask because I do not know. If so, is there one anyone would recommend in particular?

It is an '06 TJ with a 4" skyjacker lift. They are stock rims.

How big of a tire can I fit on my stock rim before I need to go out and get new rims. I like the way my rims look, but for my next tires I want 33 x 12.5. I am assuming I will prob have to get new rims. Is that the case?
