    Best TJ headlight

problem being with those high wattage bulbs, they melt your lamp connector eventually, and most of them don't last because of the heat.. I tried about 4 different types, finally tossed them and got a black box.. if you pull back on your high beam lever, like when you flash someone, it turns on...

    Bad Temp

this is on the right line.. milkshake oil, milkshake coolant, sender, and thermostat.. that's the first four I'd check.. even the wiring from the sender could have a bad connector or dirty connector..

    2005 4.0L Oil

I'd dump the synthetic and go with a good oil like Rotella.. 5W30 or 5W40.. depending on how cold it is where you are.. the 5 is nice in colder weather, and the money you spend on that synthetic is just wasted to say the least..

    sea foam

crazy? I think people were doing this LONG before there was any such thing as SEA FOAM.. diesel has always been a terrific cleaner, and especially used to clean sludge.. have you ever thrown your pcv valve in a bottle/can of diesel? comes out like new!.. lubricated, cleaned, and ready for...

    dash light bulb sockets wanted.

thanks.. appreciate the offer.. I used the all metal ones that I received.. they don't fall apart when you try to change the bulb.. those plastic (black) ones with the metal ring inside have to be a Chinese conspiracy to **** off jeepers..

there are all kinds of responses to head swap in the forum, they can explain it better than I can.. I understand its a direct bolt up, one hole is made a little bigger and that's not tough.. you can use a 4.0L intake, injection, and if you like yours, I believe it said use it.. the exhaust...

I've taken out 2 quarts of oil, replaced it with diesel, start my car and let it idle for about 5 minutes, then drained it good, left the drain plug out for a few hrs.. put cheap oil in and a new filter, ran it for a day or so, then changed my oil back to good oil .... cleaned it out...
