No I put the Dc-2's and 31's on before I had the lift... When I put the lift on all I did was extend the rear bumpstops enough to clear the budget boost puck and realigned the front. It's been on 45k with zero problems Here's a pic before the lift From a similar angle with lift

Here's my 99 with a 1.75" budget boost lift with 15x8 DC-2's and 31x10.50x15's. It rides and handles the same as stock. (Lots of pics [emoji2])

You can find the cruise control ones on ebay but not the blanks, maybe you can find someone who has added cruise control to theirs and has the blanks... good luck
