I not sure how to get the dash off

So I have a 88 Cherokee and the blower motor caught fire and burnt all the paneling up on the passenger side... so what is the best way to pull my dash or atleast get the cover off duct work on that side

This isn't mine but we spend a good amount of time getting my buddys old school going

Hahaha its funny you ask... I crawled under the white one today and the muffled actually spins so it is shot also... I bought a cherrybomb for it today so we are cutting my muffler off and replacing it with that... I will post pix just for you gennybro

The red one is now parts jeep for the white one but those are my babies
