hey, as far as the windows go open the drivers door with key on grab the wiring in the door jamb and shake it hard and see if the lights on your door panel light up if they do its probly a broken wire in the jamb .

hi, my 99 was the same way when i got it. i went online to quadratech orderd a set of heavy duties for the rear with 7.5 " of curl and some oversized sway bars and it rides like a brand new one .

You could try changing out the sissy factory sway bars and call quadratech for bigger ones for better cornering.

hi. sounds like the doors may still be locked ,as for rust if its floorboards remove interior and start rebuilding if rocker panels quadratech.com just started to carry rockers and some other sheetmetal.

Hello. The wiring they use is just long enough to get to the speakers they probably pulled apart like mine , get some wire and good connectors and lengthen them about 5 inches and problem solved. NO TUNES SUCKS!!!
