It is heavy, the trans andnthe torque converter. When you reinstall the torque converter, make sure to read up on whether it has to "seat" a click or three. My son and i pulled his auto trans in his bmw and his torque converter had to click twice so it was seated on the pump spines properly...

Ok, swapped the original switch in and it gave no headlights and no cluster lights so that is bot the issue. I checked every relay i could find, even the one under the cluster that seems to be for the tailights. I also checked fuse, both boxes, like the relays, all good. Grounds also are good...

Except he never left the driveway. Its sitting today. I drove it all day snd no matter what bumpes i hit, the headlights never came on. Once that is fixed, this old 2.5 powered jeep is a decent around town jeep. The 5 speed makes it nice to drive versus how boring the auto in the other tj is.

Got the light switch issue fixed. Turns out a fuse was blown that seemed to have nothing to do with the dimmer switch part of the headlight switch. The marker light 10a fuse was bad so the dash panel light 5a fuse didnt have power. Once i fixed the 10a fuse, the 5a fuze suddenly got power...

Pulled the headlight switch amd cleaned it becuase the lights were acting weird. Everything works but the gauge cluster lights so you cant see anything at night. Next will be pulling the cluster and checking the bulbs
