When I was removing my rear seats, one of my bolts head broke off. I tried using the bolt extractor but had no luck, that's why there is a hole on top. What other tools or ideas are there to take this thing out and replace it?
What a normal one should look like.
A broken one with a hole
+1. lol.
Anyways one thing I heard people talk about is jeeps already lifted might have been beat by the previous owner so I was told to stay away from them.
If I get a wrangler, TJ is the one i considered and its good to hear it was a good ride.
From what I heard, the xj does not have very large interior, is it true?
Also how much of lifting can each of these jeeps handle before and modification/ new parts are needed beside bigger rims and tires?
I have always wanted a jeep. I have been looking at the XJ, wrangler (TJ) or the WJ's. However i have no experience with them and was wondering which one is the better one out their? Have about $10000 to play with.
The car will be used for/need:
-daily driver
-4x4
-some storage area
-be easy to...

I have never seen so many members reply at a noobs thread, I feel homey.
Currently I have either yj/tj and xj in mind for sure. Going to be lifting it for sure, while being daily driven. Also be easy to maintain, not too many problems beside regular fluid changes and small...
Just a newb browsing around.
Don't be too harsh on me please.
I do not have a jeep just yet, but definitely looking for one, so i joined the forum to learn more about them and find the right one for me. I have been looking at wranglers or the xj if anyone cares.
