I am running with one right now and still have a lot of play. But looking at it today I think my problem is mechanical. Looks like my steering column shaft and lower coupling is where all my play is. So I am going to replace it first and see if it helps.

My cj7 has a dana 44 front axle. When you change axles how much front steering parts do you have to change out? Wanting to install dual steering stabilizers but didn't know if previous owner had to change out the steering as well to match up with the different axle! ??

Fuel goes threw the line just the pump stops working. Going to check my wiring in the morning to see if I am shorting out the pump.

Replaced my sending unit on my cj 7. Installed sending unit and new filter started it up and ran for about 5 min and died. My electric fuel pump was working then stopped! So I replaced that and the new one did the same thing! So my question is have I done something wrong in the tank that is...

I am just welding them up again and hope it lasts till I can just upgrade the hole axle! Thanks for all your in put!

I been driving it everyday! Haven't even taken it off road yet! Was trying to fix all my leaking seals and bad u-joints first! But it will be more of a daily driver! And I don't know of they will come out! May have to replace everything.

Opened up my front axle to replace my inner seals and discovered my differential is welded up at the spider gears!! The welds are broke! Should I have it re-welded or just replace the gears? Need help!! Scott

There is a ground at the gauge and a ground at the tank! The wire that is ran from gauge to tank is new

It was already in the jeep when I bought it. Just wasn't hooked up.

Hooked up a after market fuel gaugeon my cj7. It stays on full so does that mean the level sensor in the tank is bad?
