No, I didn't rebuild it completely but I did change all the gaskets. I'm running a 32/36 weber.

Hey JackedupJohn, I took my carb off and found that my four anchor bolts were loose. I went ahead and replaced all the gaskets and such and bam... it hasn't died once. good luck with yours.
