    Finally became a member of the cracked manifold club..

    1045124 Had the same problem with my '97. Ended up having to replace the whole thing. The word that I got was that the entire assembly is welded into one piece. As a result, normal vibration of diving and, of course, anything offroad causes the manifold to separate, especially at the welds...
