Ok got into a discussion at work after one of my co workers said "jeeps are for sissies".
So the discussion was that rock crawling wasn't fun at all cause you have to go slow and that mud bogging was better cause you get to go fast through deep mud.
personally, I think they are both fun to do...
had to replace the rear half of the transfer case during the rebuild but didnt mess with anything else in the transfer and put a new transfer linkage on.
i finally got my yj all put back together and was in the driveway make sure everything work and tried to shift the transfer throught its gears only got it into neutral before it got stuck and now it wont come out of neutral?
I'm not able to get it running. Its getting fuel all the way up to the throttle body but not into the intake tried adjusting the fuel pressure regulator and still nothing
That did help a little, now i need to replace either the throttle body injector itself or just get a whole new throttle body.
The injector is around 150 bucks by itself, so does anyone now where i can find it cheaper or where i can get a new throttle body from?
thanks for the info guys, and i would love to be able to put arb's in it but just dont have the money for it right now and im trying to keep this a cheap build and the only problems i have with the jeep right now is that it wont start and its all open diff's.
I need to replace the wires on my yjs altenator and just need to know how to run the new ones cause the old ones where burned and removed by one of my buddies who can't remember where they went.
i had to redo some of the wiring on my 88yj and got the wiring problem fixed but know i cant get it to fire and im not getting a spark. can somene point me in the right direction to solve this problem?
