What if I dont have access to a NAPA or a machine shop for a press?

I have an '89 YJ 4.2 I6. So if it is plastic I have a 20 gallon tank?

I need to replace the rear bearings on my '89 YJ. Is my axle the same one that you have in the pictures? If so how difficult of a project am I getting into and do I need any special tools? Thanks

What size gas tank do I have? I always put in about 15 gallons and fuel gauge says full, but today i was able to put in a little over 17 gallons....................I am confused and need to order a new sending unit but need to know which one to order. Thanks for the help.

Anyone know where I can find steel half doors for an '89 YJ? They dont have to be in great shape, I am going to redo them anyway.

I am trying to find a set of steel half doors for my 89' YJ and I am not having much luck. I would prefer new but will settle for used if I have to. Any suggestions would really help. Thanks in advance for the help!

Sounds like something got sucked into a filter. After sitting for a bit it more than likely backed its way out. This has happened to me a few times and left me scratching my head. I finially dropped the tank and found that there was some junk in there that was getting sucked up into the sending...

Thanks FLLawdog! What is your opinion on this set up-35" x 12.5" on 15" x 8" steel wheels Also with a 3.75" backset.......The less backset the less likely to rub when turning?
