Another 2pm idea if you get a 44 with manual hubs just put the tcase in 4lo and unlock the hubs 2lo right there or put manual hubs on whatever axle your getting

2hi would work cause its only using the shaft nothing is ingaged and no fluid would not change this it sounds like somethin is out of wack like loose chain or bent broken forks etc

Find a jeep with a 4 cylinder and the front 30 will have 4.10 gears in it and will bolt up

Garmin or magellin seem to be popular i hAve a magellin and its been beat to hell i really like it

Build the 30 and it will do absolutly fine
