My gauges are telling me that im normal and im not overheating and i checked my belt and its tight, not loose at all.

I turned on my 1997 jeep wrangler and tryed to find out why my engin sounded like it wasnt as powerful as usual. I crawled under it thinking it was an exost problem but notice that my fan was running slower than usual.. Could it be a belt problem? Or a polly problem? Or what?

I have had a leak in my power stearing box for over a year now and I just keep on putting more fluids in it if it gets low. Is it expensive to replace? Its not a major leak, it just is a hassle always having to watch it.
