Thank you everyone, i insulated the number 3 injector and the problem seems to have gone away. Hopefully it will stay that way.

If the heat wrap looks like some foam padding with aluminum foil on it, than yes.

I left the hood open today when i got home from work, and started it 10 minutes later, an d really rough idle, almost no throttle response. but if i hold the pedal down a little and let it slowly rev up for a minute, it seems to clear up and idles fine?

So, would a turbo timer work, obviously without the turbo?

Hi, i own a 2000 XJ and if i drive the jeep until it hits operating temp, shut it off, then restart it with 15 minutes, it runs really rough. But if I let the engine cool completely it starts no problem. Was thinking it was the fuel pressure regulator, but not sure. Please help.
