i read about putting auto trans fluid to get rid of the chatter it helped and 2 3 4 cylinders no 1 bad i reved it up but it goes away. fram filter 4 speed no air. i have a 1948 1/2 cab also just for woods clearing

how much work to get lifters out

just on the front of engine alt is disconnected

idle bad rev it up completey goes away

got a bad noise from front of engine@ idle rev it up the noise goes away, changed oil with 5 W40 and trans fluid helped the valve chatter also it has cal.emmisions any help much appreciated. david roberson
