Thanks for that I'M glad you got what I was after as here we have brake pipes and brake hoses, I'LL have to get it mail order as my local store only sells metric sizes, one of the biggest problems owing a US car in the UK.
Chris
Just a quick question, I need to replace ALL of my brake pipes because I have burst one and the rest are really rotten. Anybody know what size the pipes are and what the fittings are? are they metric or imperial.
Thanks
Chris

Hi All
I am after a rear tyre carrier for my xj, I can't find a good one anywhere, there's one on ebay at the moment but for the money it's too rough, even a good home made one would be ok or probley better.
I am in the UK.
Thanks in advance
Chris
I just wanted to have a rant about the rising cost of fuel :x Well it's not so much the cost of the fuel it's self but the tax that's put on it.
Here in the U.K. the price appears to go up almost daily! I worked it out for the 3 words thread at about $11 a U.K. gallon
With that said and...
I had a similar problem with mine and i traced it back to the fuel filter primer, there is a plastic cap in front of the lift pump and it had a crack in it so it would let air into the fuel system stopping it starting and then it would cut out.
