yea we even changed the whole vac harn from other jeep. could the linkage adj on t case hav anythg to do w it

collar seems to be right we have a parts jeep and everything looks the same on it. we took the that whole fork assbly off of it and it still does the same thing.i see what u mean if collar was in wrong it wouldnt matter if ichanged it.it may have been apart before i dont know,he bought this...

friend has a 94 yj that will not stay in 4 wheel drive.we have good vac,replaced actuator.pulled diff cover and looks ok. i can pull fork off and slide lock over by hand and it works just fine but when i put back together it doesnt seem to slide over far enough and kicks in and out. any sugg.

yea i replaced the coil . im gona try ign switch tnight. the coil not getn any power when i turn over but i can feel the auto shutdown relay kicking in and out. well that didnt work either i almost have to have a bad wire somewere. anymore ideas please let me know.

i hav no power at coil.relays fuses are ok i also changed cam sensor it didnt help. i jumped a hot wire to coil and it will start up but need to fix it right. cps maybe ?
