I bought the rusty's, and it is well worth the money! If you want to make your own find a local custom muffler shop and see if they can stretch a piece of pipe to fit intake hose on one end and k&N on other end, drill a hole in each side of pipe and weld in a couple pieces of steel...

I replaced the pins, and part that mounts on body a couple weeks ago. New pins and brackets for both front doors cost only 7.00 total from local jeep parts counter, took about 8 mins to change. lubed them up good with some white lith. grease and as good as new. Luckily mine were not...

I had this problem as well, not too much oil just enough to notice it on filter. I took both lines running out of the valve cover off and shot some foaming engine cleaner in them and blew them out with compressor a few times to clean any crud out. Then I took both front breather elbow...

I don't think they are the same, you caould call a jeep parts counter and ask price on all four and then ask if the rears are same as front one. worth a shot if you can find em in a boneyard.[addsig]

the ccv should not have to ever be replaced unless it is missing or broken, all it is is a elbow with a smaller end on one side, just clean it and its as good as new. thats why it was 40.00 noone ever buys them ,, supply and demand.

If you are doing this in the driveway and the neighbors are watching, its a good idea to mumble something about squirrels in the engine, or something to that effect.
you can also check the local toy store, for a couple bucks I bought a kids play stethascope that works great for...

I developed a small leak around the oil filter housing as well. I changed the O-Rings that go inside the filter housing today, not to bad of a job. You need a T-60 Torx socket to remove the housing and probably a piece of pipe to use for leverage as these things tend to be on tight...

Napa is better than advance auto or autozone by far. There parts are better quality and the people behind the counter have usually done more than just changed wipers before. Thats how it is by me anyway.
