Ok. I recently changed my timing belt and now my rev limiter kicks in at around 3200 rpm... It runs great actually better than it ever did. So it's not a timing issue, what would cause this?? Any input would be a great help thanks.

I do have one. It really doesn't do much for MPGs. But it does help me out a bit with my 4 banger get up and out of its own way at a stop light

Need some pics!! I assume one is your transmission gear stick... The two shorter ones next to it are presumably your transfer case shifters. And the four I would think be a PTO lever. Your transmission. If stock. Is a 3 speed and I'm not too sure about the transfer case. I haven't look...

Any body out there know what a cherry bomb might sound like on the 2.4L. It's a totally different engine so I wonder if it will sound. More ... Or less like a weed whacker

I don't see the job taking more than 40 min. If all the bolts come free. And clean up is easy

Sounds to me like your in good shape. It's a pretty strait foreword job. If you have experience with small engines and snowmobiles and such. Same rules apply. Keep it clean. Follow torque specs.

Sounds to me like the amp is fried. Does it sound like a heart beat??

In not even sure the 15 's will fit over the brakes and tie rod ends. JK's run 16 and 17 inch wheels with a 5 by 5 bolt pattern. If your trying to put TJ wheels on it. The have a 5 by 4.5 pattern But im not sure it will work. Good luck to you. I hope im wrong and it does

Are you talking about the main skid plate?? If so you cant remove it ... It's your transmission mount.

I've got an 06 2.4l and I get 20 to 22 mpg. That's around town. With very little highway

I'd say just make sure your connections are solid and clean. Other than that of its a new battery and your alternator is working fine. Then is time to go computer shopping.... Sorry man..

Check the voltage regulator. Or the alternator ..., or even the battery. But if not any of those. Maybe you have a severe short somewhere? But I think if that where the case nothing would work. Not even the starter !

Yeah I do agree. But I also don't want it to sound like a ricer! and it's quite loud as stock already ... Which is weird. Not loud outside but inside!
