will installing a webber carb on my 6cyl 4.2 1987yj eliminate some of these damn hoses that are all over the place,like the ones coming from the breather/?? whats the best way to get rid of some of these emmision parts----every time i take a hose off and plug it my jeep seems to want to run...

i own a 1987 yj and was wondering if i need all these vacume lines, there seem to be alot of them missing already and the ore i plug the better it seems to want to run. i have seen on here people talking of a nutter bypass, has anyone heard of this if so can you explain?? y jeep has an 6cyl 4.2...
